What happens after I have made a reservation?
You have made your reservation. We will send the travel documents to your e-mail address as soon as possible. After our confirmation your reservation is final.
 
When do I make the payment?
Payments with the exception of the guarantee must be made through bank tranfer. 
 
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Paying the deposit is mandatory. The deposit is € 800. You will receive the deposit at the latest 8 days after the rental period. Any costs due to damage will be deducted from the deposit. As well as any additional consumption costs.
 
How do I arrange the key transfer?
For the key, you are asked to contact the managers of your accommodation 2 weeks before departure by telephone or e-mail to arrange the transfer. They are aware of your reservation. Keyholder +34 636 394 846


What time am I expected at the house?
Every day is a changeover day: the day of arrival and departure. Guests can arrive from 4 p.m. Guests must leave the property before 11.00 am on the day of departure. If you want to arrive at an earlier or later time, you can discuss this with the managers of the accommodation. Often that is possible! Key transfer after 11 p.m. at an additional € 35 charge and to be deducted from the outstanding deposit.


Is bed linen and towels included in the rent?
Kitchen, bed linen and towels are not included in the rent, they are automatically settled through Micazu. We even offer our guests a beach towel for use on the sun beds and / or the beach.


Electricity use
The mentioned rental prices include energy, unless more than 100 Kwh of electricity is used per week. The extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.40 per KWh. The key managers can give you an explanation on arrival.
 
Final cleaning?
Unfortunately, every vacation comes to an end, so as not to drive up the costs, we ask you to do the dishes and, if it is dry, put the items back in the cupboards. Deposit the empties and household refuse in the municipal containers provided for this purpose. Collect all dirty sheets and towels in the shower on the ground floor. Leave the fridge and freezer empty and clean. Turn off the air conditioning / heating to avoid unnecessary consumption. The cleaning service will then collect everything, clean the house and prepare it for the next tenants. The final cleaning costs € 135. This is not included in the rent.
 
Key delivery end of leave?
When leaving the house on the last day you can either meet with the housekeeper to hand over the key, or if you leave at a very late or extra early hour, leave the key in the house at an agreed place. ATTENTION! after closing the door you cannot enter anymore, do not forget to activate the alarm.
